The agreement between you and Reserve Credit Union governing your use of our services.

By opening an account or using any Reserve Credit Union service you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
You must provide accurate information, keep your credentials confidential, and tell us immediately about any unauthorized use. You are responsible for activity on your account until you notify us.
You may not use the service for unlawful purposes, fraud, abuse, or to compromise its security. We may suspend accounts involved in prohibited activity, as permitted by law.
Certain actions (transfers, payments, card changes) require additional verification such as PIN or authorization codes. Fees, where applicable, are disclosed before you confirm.
To the extent permitted by law, Reserve Credit Union is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from service unavailability, third-party failures, or causes beyond our reasonable control.
We may update these terms; material changes are notified in advance through the dashboard or by email. Continued use after the effective date means acceptance.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
